& JUNG.A splendid example of a WWII German Hunting Association dagger by Clemen & Jung measuring 21 1/4" overall with an etched blade. The blade etching includes forest and shooting motifs with foliate flourishes. The large ricasso is stamped " CLEMEN & JUNG (logo) SOLINGEN ". Plated hilt with a down turned clam shell guard bearing the insignia of the Shooting Association. S shaped crossguard with acorn finials. Linearly decorated ferrule and pommel with slotted capstan. Off white colored grip with crossed rifles on the front. Black leather scabbard with plated mounts. CONDITION: blade retains substantial original factory polish. Hilt shows light wear overall as does the scabbard. (02-24922/BF). NON-GUN. $400-600.
